Siapa yang tak kenal Cheryl Cole? She is an English recording artist, dancer, and television personality who is known by the mononym Cheryl. Awal karirnya dimulai ketika dia tergabung dalam Girls Aloud dan mengikuti kompetisi Popstars: The Rival. Sejak saat itu, nama Cheryl Cole mulai dipertimbangkan. Tidak hanya sebagai penyanyi di group Girls Aloud, tetapi juga sebagai penyanyi solo.

Proyek solo karier pertama Cheryl ialah ketika ia berduet dengan penyanyi will.i.am, dimana ia menjadi tamu untuk rekaman will.i.am pada lagu Heartbreaker. Will melihat Cheryl yang sedang melakukan tarian street dances di Los Angeles, sehingga akhirnya mereka berkolaborasi bersama.

Pada 26 Oktober 2009, Cheryl resmi merilis album solonya, 3 Words di Inggris. Di album ini Cheryl berkolaborasi dengan Steve Kipner,Wayne Wilkins, will.i.am, Xenomania, Bloodshy, Avant, Soulshock&Karlin, dan Taio Cruz. Album ini berisikan sebelas lagu dan diproduseri sendiri oleh will.i.am.Single pertama dari album Cheryl adalah, Fight For This Love, singlenya dirilis pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2009. Album dan singlenya sendiri menjadi juara 1 di Inggris. Lagu Fight For This Love juga menjadi single yang paling laku dijual di Inggris. Single kedua Cheryl, 3 Words yang juga menampilkan will.i.am masuk ke jajaran lima besar di chart musik di Inggris, Cheryl akan membantu grup asal Amerika, Black Eyed Peas dalam konser Black Eyed Peas, THE E.N.D. untuk area Inggris.

Talking about her latest single, “I Don’t Care” is a song recorded by English recording artist Cheryl for her fourth studio album, Only Human (2014). It was released on 2 November 2014 through Polydor Records as the second single from the album. The song was co-written by Cole, Jocke Åhlund, Bonnie McKee, John Newman, and was produced by Åhlund and Oliver “Oligee” Goldstein. “I Don’t Care” is a pop anddance song, which features breezy synthesizers and pumping bassline and lyrically sees Cheryl taking on a “F-You” attitude to former lovers and critics.

Upon its release, “I Don’t Care” received positive reviews from contemporary music critics, who praised the song’s production and commended Cheryl’s choice to departure from overproduced songs. The song became a commercial success debuting at number one in the UK Singles Chart, giving Cheryl tenth number-one single (including those from Girls Aloud), and fifth as a solo artist, making Cheryl the first and only British female to do this, overtaking then current record sharers Geri Halliwell and Rita Ora.
